* Bêtagène guarantees that its test results are accurate for the animal sample obtained. In the event of a valid claim, the owner's sole remedy is reimbursement of the fees paid. IN NO EVENT WILL BETAGENE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

 

* Submitted samples become the property of Bêtagène Inc. and may be used for quality control purposes, test development, or in-house research. The results and personal data you provide will not be transmitted to any third party without your prior consent.
