It is possible that a product ordered online is no longer available in our inventory or cannot be delivered due to a situation beyond our control. In such cases, we will cancel the order and refund any payments made, if applicable.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province or state of Quebec or the country of Canada, as applicable. Additionally, any legal action against the Merchant must be initiated in the judicial district in which the city of Lévis is located.
Order Errors
If you believe an error has occurred when placing an order, please notify us promptly, but no later than 48 hours after discovery, by sending us a message to the following address: isabelle.gilbert@betagene.ca, and provide detailed information about the error.
Cancellation, Exchange, Termination, Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Cancellation of compliant and error-free orders is not permitted.
Exchanges are not allowed.
Limitation of Warranty
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, THE MERCHANT EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SOLD ON THE SITE.
